HOW TO MAKE A ROOM RESERVATION

FIRST – You must purchase your ticket and have it handy when you CALL the Maxwell House. Our room rate is $86.00 per night plus tax and there is a 2 night minimum. Our room block expires May 9, or when all rooms are sold, whichever comes first. We normally sell out of rooms in April. BY PHONE –

YOU MUST CALL the Maxwell House Hotel at 615-259-4343 between 9 AM and 4 PM Nashville time WEEKDAYS, ASK FOR LOCAL RESERVATIONS, and mention the Music City Bop Club to make a reservation. You must have your ticket number and credit card ready – if you do not have a ticket, you cannot reserve a room.

DO NOT CALL the 1-800 number shown on the Maxwell House website, or try to make a reservation through the website, because you cannot make a reservation for SUMMER BOOGIE BLAST thru the web or the 800 number.

Send your name, address, ticket number, phone number and the dates you want to reserve to brenfroe@MILL-USA.com, then follow the instructions.

GOLF TOURNAMENT

We are proud to welcome our golfing dancers to the SECOND ANNUAL SUMMER BOOGIE BLAST GOLF TOURNAMENT. All of the details are available on our web site - MusicCityBopClub.com - so check it out. UGLY HAT CONTEST

This BRAND NEW EVENT is the creation of Michal Ann Scudder and will be held after the Duck Races at the Saturday Pool Party. The idea is to find or create the ugliest hat you can imagine and if you are willing to be seen in that hat at the pool party, then you could win a prize.
